New Year New Classes Datchet
Starting this Saturday Mums2Be pregnancy exercise classes designed for mums2be in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. To help you have a healthier and more enjoyable pregnancy.  A selection of exercises to help strengthen muscles to reduce aches and pains, to help increase circulation to help reduce swelling and to help strengthen the core.  Meet other local mums to share experiences and have fun.

Starting Tuesday the 8th Pregnancy Pilates  6.30pm– using the principles of pilates to help improve posture and strengthen the core for expecting mums.  A gentle relaxing class which focuses on breathing and relaxation techniques; which is beneficial to reduce stress during pregnancy and for use during labour.

General Pilates starting Tuesday 8th 7.45pm to focusing on the whole body to help tone and elongate muscles. The class will help strengthen core muscles, flatten tummies (great for postnatal ladies) and improve posture. The class finishes with relaxation so you can get a better night’s sleep.
